Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  For this reason, if you are unhappy with our product you may return it for a refund, less shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee, within 14 days of purchase.  The merchandise must be in new condition, undamaged, and show no sign of use to qualify for a refund.  Books’ pages or cover must not be bent or damaged.  (Note: CD’s must be returned unopened to be considered ‘new’ - the seal on the CD package cannot be broken.)
